CNGA's Annual CHREF Golf Tournament Fundraiser Golfing Fun Enables Student Scholarships & Horticulture ResearchEach year, more than 100 CNGA members say goodbye to the office and spend the day playing golf to support the Colorado Horticulture Research & Education Foundation (CHREF). Their golfing fun provides critical financial support for horticulture research at Colorado State University and for college students who are seeking an education and career in horticulture. We invite you to sign up today for this always rewarding day on the golf course. CHREF plays a lead role in developing new leaders and applied science for the nursery & greenhouse industry. Since the mid 80’s, CHREF has contributed more than $300,000 to research and nearly $280,000 to scholarships. Why not get away from a hectic Monday at your job and come play golf with your fellow members to help strengthen CHREF! A variety of sponsorships are available and your support can help us reach our golf tournament fundraising goal of $15,000! The tournament will be held at the Colorado National Golf Club in Erie. Colorado National Golf Club is the premier golf facility on the front range and host of two NCAA Regional Championships. With 5 sets of tees, the course is playable for all levels. The golf course is spaced over 232 acres of land with strategically placed bunkers and lakes, and only 2 holes that run alongside each other. The elevation changes, water features, and mountain views of Long's Peak and Mount Meeker provide the golfer with a wonderful tranquil experience. Take a hole-by-hole video tour.
